Frequently Asked Questions.

The plan for our wedding doesn’t quite match your packages, do you offer other options?

Of Course! Every wedding’s different and I completely understand if the plan for your day may benefit from a more tailored approach. Feel free to get in touch with some more information and we’ll go from there.

We’re Ready to book! What happens now?

Once we’ve had a chat about your day & I’ve answered any questions you might have it’s time to lock in the date. At the time of booking I’ll ask for a 30% deposit and send you over a contract outlining the ins & outs of how everything will work.

Can we chat in person ahead of the day?

Absolutely. Typically the booking process begins with a quick chat over Zoom or Google Meet. From there, I’m more than happy to arrange to meet as many times as you’d like ahead of the day.

And if you’re touring your venue, running a rehearsal, or anything along those lines I’d love to tag along.

How many photos do we receive?

While it’s hard to give a definitive answer to this, we’re typically looking at a minimum of 75 photos per hour.

That being said, there are several factors that can fluctuate this number to be either higher or lower. Things like poor weather & travel time between locations could potentially result in an overall lower amount of images. Similarly, excellent weather and an overall smooth day will likely mean more photos you’ll receive.

I’ll also note that I don’t put a cap on the total amount you receive. You’ll have access to every photo that’s worth seeing.

When do we get our photos?

You’ll get a handful (10-15) sneak peak photos within 2 days
(By end of day Monday for weekend weddings)

The rest of your album will be ready to go via online gallery 21 days following your wedding.

How does payment work?

As a standard, I’ll request a 30% deposit at the time of booking. From there, your remaining outstanding balance is due at minimum 1 week prior to the date of your wedding.

I’m also more than happy to arrange payment plans and alternate methods of payment.

How can we make the day easier for you?

To be honest the best way you can make my life easier is to have fun & enjoy your day! The more often I can catch you smiling & laughing with your family & friends, the more often I can capture those fun & genuine moments.

Apart from that, a run sheet/schedule ahead of the day is a massive help. The more information I can have about what’s happening when & where, the better prepared I can be.
