I’m based in Geelong and for the most part cover Geelong’s surrounding areas across South Western Victoria - Including the Surf Coast, Bellarine, Golden Plains, & Ballarat).
However I’m more than happy to travel, so if you’re not based in one of these areas please get in touch so we can chat more. -

Nope! Everything listed on the packages page is included, without any additional fees.
For weddings outside of the Geelong Region, Surf Coast, and Ballarat there may be a small travel fee - but if you’re within those areas there’s nothing extra to worry about.

Once we’ve had a chat about your day & I’ve answered any questions you might have it’s time to lock in the date.
At the time of booking I’ll ask for a 30% deposit and send you over a contract outlining the ins & outs of how everything will work.
From there, I’ll be in touch regularly in the months leading up to your wedding. We’ll jump on a few video calls in the lead-up, and I’m always happy to tag along to venue visits & rehearsals.

While it’s hard to give a definitive answer to this, we’re typically looking at a minimum of 100 photos per hour.
That being said, there are several factors that can fluctuate this number to be either higher or lower. Things like poor weather & travel time between locations could potentially result in an overall lower amount of images. Similarly, excellent weather and an overall smooth day will likely mean the more photos you’ll receive.
I’ll also note that I don’t put a cap on the total amount you receive. You’ll have access to every photo that’s worth seeing.

You’ll get a handful (30+) of sneak peak photos within 24 hours
The rest of your album will be ready to go via online gallery within 5 weeks following your wedding, and highlight videos within 6 weeks.

As a standard, I’ll request a 30% deposit at the time of booking. From there, your remaining outstanding balance is due at minimum 1 week prior to the date of your wedding.
I’m also more than happy to arrange payment plans and alternate methods of payment, so let me know if that would suit you better.

To be honest the best way you can make my life easier is to have fun & enjoy your day! The more often I can catch you smiling & laughing with your family & friends, the more often I can capture those fun & genuine moments.
Apart from that, a run sheet/schedule ahead of the day is a massive help. The more information I can have about what’s happening when & where, the better prepared I can be.
